DATE: DECEMBER 10, 2021 P.C.:- 1] Applicant is seeking regular bail in C.R. No.1393 of 2020 registered with Sakinaka Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 379 read with Section 34 of the IPC. Applicant is already chargesheeted.

2] Since there are no criminal antecedents against the Applicant and identity of other co-accused is disclosed by him after discovery under Section 27 which led to recovery of an amount of Rs 65,000/-, in my opinion, case for bail is made out.

No.1393 of 2020 registered with Sakinaka Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 379 read with Section 34 of the IPC on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs 25,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall neither directly or indirectly influence the prosecution witnesses nor tamper with the evidence. Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when directed.
