Learned counsel for the Applicant states that at present stage instead of pressing the prayer for bail he is making a limited request of directing the Trial Court to commence and complete the trial in some time bound frame and granting him liberty to make prayer for bail in event trial is not over within the scheduled period. 2.

In view of the said statement application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Trial Court is directed to commence and complete the trial as early as possible and in any event before 31st August, 2015. In event of trial being not over within the said period liberty to the Applicant to renew the prayer for bail subject to himself cooperating for expeditious disposal of the trial, as ordered. (P.D.
