By this Civil Application, the applicant seeks stay to the operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 26.07.2016 passed by the learned Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Satara in M.A.C.P. No. 408 of 2014. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant/M.S.R.T.C. has deposited the entire decretal amount along with interest accrued thereon. 1 / 2
