Having examined the record, more particularly bailiff report, it is evident that the notice issued to Respondent No. 1 has returned unserved with bailiff remark that since last 12 years, Respondent No. 1 is not residing on the given address.

The alternate address is not available with the Appellant.

- 2 - In the circumstances, the only option left is to serve Respondent No. 1 by way of substituted service provided by virtue of the provisions under Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

In turn, Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'. The learned Advocate to do necessary compliance r/o 6 weeks.
