Respondents-Original Claimants in Motor Accident Claims Petition No.13 of 2013 have moved this application, seeking to implead Smt. Surinder Kaur Bhurji, mother of the deceased, as one of the respondents.

Heard Mr. Mendon, learned counsel for the Respondents/Original Claimants. He submits that inadvertently Shivgan 1/2

12-IA-20576-22.odt mother of the deceased was not impleaded as claimant in claim Petition. He further submits, respondents herein have no objection to implead Smt. Surinder Kaur Bhurji, as party respondent to the First Appeal.

In consideration of this fact, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and disposed of accordingly. Appellants shall carry out consequential amendments within a period of three weeks from today.

Mr. Mendon shall communicate this order to the learned counsel for the appellants.
