The Petitioner, by the present Writ Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is challenging order dated 23rd February 2022 passed by the Hon'ble Minister of Co-operation, State of Maharashtra by which ex parte stay has been granted. However, Mr. Rayrikar, learned AGP after taking instructions states that 14 separate Revisions i.e. Revision Application Nos. 84 to 97 pending before the Hon'ble Minister will be disposed of within three months. 1/2

Accordingly, the Hon'ble Minister of Co-operation is requested to dispose of the said Revisions on or before 29th February 2024.

In view of above statement, no interference under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is warranted in the impugned order. However, it is clarified that this Court has not considered the merits of the matter and all the contentions on merits are expressly kept open. 4.

All contesting parties to appear before the Hon'ble Minister, Co-operation on 29th November 2023. 5.

The Petitioners to serve copy of this order on the Respondent No.4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms, however with no order as to costs.
