1] Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2] The learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the charge is already framed and the trial has commenced. The cross examination of P.W.1 Mr. Thengali Seetharaman Jayanth, has been completed on 16th February, 2018.

3] A photostat copy of the Roznama dated 16.02.2018 is tendered across the bar.

4] In the backdrop of aforesaid development, the instant Revision Application which assails the order, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, of rejection of application for discharge under Section 227 of the Code of 1/2

57 REVN 190 OF 2017 Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been rendered infructuous. 5] Hence the Revision Application stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
