The applicants have adequate remedies and if the charge is still not framed, to seek discharge from the competent criminal Court. When this application was pending for nearly three-and-half years, we enquired from Mr. Saste why, despite the charge-sheet being filed more than three years back, no steps have been taken and further by the competent criminal Court. He has no instructions. If indeed charge has not been framed, it is not as if the applicants are remediless. All the applicants, even

suresh 1-APL-984.2013.doc if they are alleging before us that they are falsely roped in, have such remedies as are permissible in law. Therefore, in our inherent jurisdiction we do not wish to interfere at this stage all the more. By the above clarification, we dismiss this application. (SMT. SADHANA S. JADHAV, J.) (S.C.
