Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. 2.

By this application, the applicant seeks relaxation/modification of the condition imposed by this Court (Coarm:Mrs.Mridula Bhatkar,J.), vide order dated 24th July, 2015, passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1036 of 2015. He submits that while 1/4

2/4 granting interim protection vide the said order, this Court directed that 'the applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer and attend the concerned police station on every Tuesday between 4 p.m to 6 p.m., until further orders'. It appears that thereafter, vide order dated 14th August, 2015, the Anticipatory Bail Application preferred by the applicant was confirmed on the same terms and conditions as imposed vide order dated 24th July, 2015.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the applicant is a student, aged 18 years and is studying in college. He submits that the applicant has been attending the concerned police station, from the date of the interim order i.e. from 24th July, 2015. He requests that considering the nature of allegations, the said condition be completely relaxed/modified. 4.

Considering the facts of the case and considering the age of the applicant, the condition of attendance is completely relaxed/modified. Accordingly, the applicant is now, not required to attend the concerned police station. The rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 14th August, 2015, shall remain the same.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
