P.C.:- After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial arising out of CR No. I-07 of 2018 registered with NRI Police Station, Navi Mumbai, now culminated into Special Case No. 68 of 2018 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Thane does not commence within a period of nine months from today.
Leave and liberty granted.
