Learned counsel for the applicant makes a grievance that, inspite of the order dated 2 December 1999, wherein the original Petitioner had made a statement that they will delete clause 3 of the order dated 9 August 1999 wherein the period of probation was introduced, again by order dated 2 December 1999, it sought to be re-introduced.

Learned senior advocate appearing for the original Petitioner states that the Petitioner is abiding by the statement recorded in the order dated 2 December 1999 and is not insisting on the clause in respect of probation period and the reference made to it in the office order dated 2 December 1999 should be treated as deleted as far as the Applicants are concerned. This statement is accepted. Learned counsel for the Applicants states that he is satisfied with this assurance.

The civil application is disposed of.

Place the writ petition on board for final hearing after a period of four weeks.
