The Petitioner is present with her counsel. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw these petitions with liberty to the Petitioner to submit a representation in regard to her retiral benefits before Habeeb 1/2

8.wp.10246.13.doc the competent authority of the Respondent and the said authority be directed to consider the said representation and take suitable decision on it in accordance with law.

The prayer has not been opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent.

In the circumstances, we dispose of these petitions with liberty to the Petitioner to file a representation in regard to her retiral claim. On receipt of the same the competent authority of the Respondent shall examine the same and shall take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law. In case any amount is found to be due and payable the same is disbursed to her within three months from the date of receipt of the representation. 4.

The petitions stand disposed of.
