P.C. :- 1] Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2] There shall be a restraint upon the execution of the impugned decree subject to the applicants depositing in this court the entire decreetal amount together with interest and costs within a period of 12 weeks from today. It is made clear that in case the amount is not deposited, this interim relief shall stand vacated without any further reference to the court.

3] Once the aforesaid amount is deposited, the Registry to invest the same in a Nationalised Bank initially for a period of one year and thereafter to renew the same from time to time till decision of the appeal.

4] The civil application for stay is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
