Leaned counsel for the applicant states that a Special Leave Petition arising out of the order and judgment dated 6th July, 2018 passed by this Court is already drafted and would be filed next week and seeks continuation of the interim order passed by this Court for a period of two weeks from today.

If any such Special Leave Petition is filed, a copy thereof shall be served upon the respondent's advocate in advance. The interim protection granted by this Court to continue for a period of two weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time 1/2

The applicant shall file a fresh undertaking within one week from today in conformity with the order dated 6th July, 2018 and shall serve a copy of the said undertaking along with earlier undertaking filed before this Court, if any, simultaneously. 5.

The civil application is disposed off in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
