The above Civil Application has been filed seeking amendment to the above Petition so as to incorporate the amendment appearing in the schedule to the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 and the Learned AGP for Respondent Nos.5 to 9 submit to the orders of the Court. In my view, since the amendment sought are formal in nature the same can be allowed. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Amendment to be carried out within six weeks from date and copies to be BGP.
