At the outset, learned PP submitted that, the cause of action in the present Petition has arisen within the jurisdiction of Taluka Wadvani, District Beed and therefore the Aurangabad Bench of this Court will have territorial jurisdiction to adjudicate issue involved in the present Petition. 2.

Mr. Dande, learned Advocate appearing for Petitioner conceded to the said factual aspect.
