The Applicant is seeking transfer of H.M.P. No. 315 of 2018 from the Family Court, Amravati to Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai on the ground of hardship.

It is brought to my notice that the couple is blessed with four issues and the younger daughter is about 7 years old.

Since the contents in the application are not controverted, it has to be observed that the Applicant will suffer great hardship as she is required to travel at Amravati for attending the proceeding. 5.

In the aforesaid background, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) of the application, which reads thus : "(B) The proceedings of HMP No. 315/2018 may kindly be withdrawn from the file of Learned Family Court Judge, Amravatri may kindly be transferred to Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai for its disposal according to law."
