Both the Counsel state that issue involved in the present Second Appeal is already covered in the Full Bench Judgment of this Court in the matter of Badrinarayan Shankar Bhandari & Ors. V/s. Omprakash Shankar Bhandari & Ors. reported in 2014(5) Bom. C.R. 481.
