The Civil Application No.1910 of 2015 is taken out for serving the Respondent Nos.12 and 13, by way of substituted service. Perused the Application. The Applicants have narrated the efforts taken by them to serve Respondent No.1 to 6, 12, 13. Considering the same, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). The learned counsel for the Applicants states that the newspaper mentioned in the prayer clause (b) have wide circulation in both Kolhapur and Satara district.

Issue notice to the Respondents in Civil Application No.1909 of 2015. Learned counsel waives service for the Respondent No.1 to 6. As regards Respondent No.12 and 13 by order passed in Civil application No.1910 of 2015 these Respondents are to be served by way of substituted service. Notice returnable after six weeks i.e. 6 May 2016.
