Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. It is submitted that since the respondent is from Calcutta, it would be difficult for him to furnish surety from Maharashtra. The applicant is permitted to furnish one solvent surety from Calcutta. The learned Metropolitan Magistrate to accept the same on verification. The sureties be furnished within six weeks from today.
