1. Heard Mr. Pansare, learned Advocate for Applicants.

2. This is an application for bringing legal heirs of deceased Petitioner No.1 on record. Petitioner No.1 has expired on 09.08.2022. Applicants are legal heirs of deceased Petitioner No.1. There is no delay in filing the Application for bringing his legal heirs on record. Death Certificate of Petitioner No.1 is perused at page 14 of the Application. Name of his legal heirs are stated in the Schedule '

Exhibit-B' annexed to the Application.

3. Hence Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

"(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicants to bring on record Petitioner No.1a to 1d as the legal heirs of the deceased sole Petitioner and accordingly be permitted to amend the cause title of the present Writ Petition No. 14364 of 2016, in accordance with the schedule of Amendment bring Exhibit B to this Application."

4. Amendment to be carried out as per Schedule at Exhibit-'B' to the Application within a period of one week from today.

5. Re-verification is dispensed with.

6. Copy of amended cause title be provided to the Respondents on or before the next date.

7. Interim Application No. 18776 of 2022 is disposed of.
