P.C. :- 1] Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise all the grounds raised in this petition in Revision Application No. 42 of 2015 instituted by the Petitioners before the Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies at Pune, wherein, the Petitioners have raised substantive challenge to the inquiry report under Section 83 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

2] The request is reasonable. Therefore, leave is granted to withdraw this petition with liberty as prayed for. However, it is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter and therefore, it is for the Revisional Authority to decide the pending Revision Application No. 42 of 2015, in accordance with law and on its own merits.

3] The petition is disposed of, in the aforesaid terms. 4] All concerned to act on the basis of authenticated copy of this order.
