Having regard to the period for which the applicants have given attendance, i.e. since March 2014, as ordered by the original bail order, and thereafter as ordered by the order dated 13-6-2014 passed modifying the original condition of attendance, the charge-sheet being already filed and the nature of the accusation being not for commission of

sjs 14-APPLN-553.2014 offence punishable with death or imprisonment for life, the condition of attending the I.O. on every Monday is hereby now relaxed to the extent of the applicants now attending on every first Monday of the month.
