None appears for the Petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that pursuant to the interim Order passed by this Court on 18th December 2006, the Petitioners herein were allowed to appear for the PGM-CET 2007 entrance examination, which was held on 21st January 2007. The result was declared on 8th February 2007. Out of 13 candidates, one was absent and six have failed in the entrance examination. Considering the above, the purpose of the Writ Petition stands served. The Writ Petition, as such, is disposed of. Rule discharged. No costs.
