CONSENT TERMS

1. The Petitioner in Civil Writ Petition (St.) No.11245 of 2023 preferred the above Civil Writ Petition before this Hon`ble Court inter alia praying therein to quash and set aside the impugned Order dated 13.07.2023 passed by the Respondent No.3 therein and in the said Civil Writ Petition, Mrs. Rekha Prakash Bhoir is the Respondent No.4 who is the owner of ARS Shop No.38-F-228.

2. The Petitioner in Civil Writ Petition (St.) No.25625 of 2023 preferred the above Civil Writ Petition before this Hon`ble Court inter alia praying therein to quash and set aside the impugned Order dated 13.06.2023 passed by the Respondent No.3 therein and in the said Civil Writ Petition, Tisai Mahila Bachat Gat is the Respondent No.4.

3. Now, it is agreed between the parties i.e. Tisai Mahila Bachat Gat thr. Its President and Mrs. Rekha Prakash Bhoir (owner of ARS Shop No.38-F-228) that both the Parties are ready to settle their dispute amicably in the following terms :- a) It is agreed between the parties that 1500 units should be taken out from ARS Shop No.38-F-157 and the said 1500

units to be attached to ARS Shop No.38-F-228 of Respondent No.4 namely Mrs. Rekha Prakash Bhoir and for that purpose the Petitioner namely Tisai Mahila Bachat Gat thr. Its President has no objection for the same. b) It is further agreed between the parties that as per Advertisement, all excess units of ARS Shop No.38-F-236 to be attached to Petitioner namely Tisai Mahila Bachat Gat only.

In the above terms, both the above Civil Writ Petitions i.e. Civil Writ Petition (St.) No.11245 of 2023 and Civil Writ Petition (St.) No.25625 of 2023 be disposed off in the interest of justice.
