Considering the fact, that this Court is inclined to expedite the hearing of the Revision Application, which is pending before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai, learned counsel for the Petitioners does not press this Petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same. 2.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.

The hearing of the Revision Application, being Revision No. 256 of 2018 which is pending before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai is expedited. The Divisional Joint Registrar to decide the Revision Application as expeditiously as possible and in any event within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. If any Application is filed before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai, the same shall be decided by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai as expeditiously as possible. It is informed that one Application for appointment of two independent members is pending before the Deputy Registrar, R-North Ward. The said Application shall also be heard and decided by the Deputy Registrar as expeditiously as possible and in any event within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners without prejudice to their rights & contentions in their Revision Application which is pending before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, will handover charge to the

Administrator within one week from today. Statement accepted. The Divisional Joint Registrar to decide the Application / Revision, on its own merits, in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this Petition. All contentions of the parties are kept open.

The Petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
