The Applicant and his advocate, both are absent. Their names are correctly displayed.

The Applicant's advocate was present on 29th March 2017. On that date, we found that the second Respondent-complainant is also duly served. Since petition was ready for admission, we directed that it be listed today for admission on the supplementary list. This was also because on 16th February 2017 this Court passed an interim order directing the prosecution not to file the charge sheet against the Applicant.

The Applicant was, therefore, obliged to remain present and particularly after the matter was listed in his presence on

2 of 2 SB.924.APL.1201.2016 supplementary list. In the circumstances, this application is dismissed for want of prosecution and ad-interim order granted earlier is vacated forthwith.
