Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners presses only for prayer clause (e). He submits that the Respondent No. 1 be directed to decide the Petitioners' Revision Application No. 977 of 2017 within a specified period.

Learned AGP on instructions submits that the Respondent No. 1 i. e. the Hon'ble Minister of Co-operative Societies will decide the Petitioners' Revision Application No. 977

of 2017 within two months from 26.09.2018. He submits that the Revision Application will come up before the Hon'ble Minister for Co-operative Societies on 26.09.2018 and if an Application for stay of further proceedings of inquiry under Section 88 is filed by the Petitioners, the Respondent No. 1 will pass appropriate orders on the said date i. e. on 26.09.2018 on the said Application. 4.

Considering the aforesaid, the Petition is disposed off on the following terms & conditions :- O R D E R (i) The Respondent No. 1 shall decide the Petitioners' Revision Application No. 977 of 2017 on its own merits within two months i. e. by 26.11.2018;

(ii) If an Application is filed by the Petitioners for staying further proceedings of inquiry under Section 88, the Hon'ble Minister for Co-operative Societies shall decide the said Application on 26.09.2018 itself;

(iii) It is made clear, that this Petition has not been heard on merits;

(iv) Learned AGP to communicate the said order to the office of the Respondent No. 1 forthwith so as to ensure compliance of the order;

(v) All contentions of all parties are kept open; (vi) The Petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
