Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that this is the second bail application preferred by the Applicant and that the first bail application i.e. Criminal Bail Application No.2153 of 2013, was dismissed as withdrawn by the present Applicant.

Vide the said order dated 3rd March, 2014, the trial of the applicant was expedited and the applicant was granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial of the applicant did not commence for no fault of the applicant within six months from the date of the order.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that till date charge has not been framed in the present case and hence he has filed the second bail application. However, he seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of the prosecutrix is recorded. 5.
Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
