By this application, the applicant seeks modification of clause (i) of para 4 of the order dated 8th February 2018 passed by this Court (Coram : A. S. Gadkari, J.) in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1904 of 2017, inasmuch as it directed that the applicant, in the event of arrest, be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is unable to give local sureties as directed by the Court and prays that the said word "local" be deleted from the aforesaid condition. SQ Pathan 1/2

The applicant shall now, in the event of his arrest, be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. Rest of the conditions imposed by the order dated 8th February 2018, to remain as it is.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
