For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as under; "This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicant to withdraw amount deposited by the Respondent No.1 with the Registry of this Court in view of order dated 17/07/2019 and 27/08/2019 (i.e an amount of Rs.25 Lakhs and an amount of Rs.50 Lakhs), in the interest of justice on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper".

The applicant shall give an undertaking that in case of any adverse orders, he shall refund the amount with interest, if any, in view of the orders which would be passed.
