This is an application for early hearing of the appeal filed by the applicant/accused.

The applicant/accused was convicted for offences punishable under Section 7 and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. He is already released on bail. It is argued that the applicant is suffering from paralysis. The applicant, therefore, wants out of turn hearing of the appeal filed by him.
