This is an application for bringing the legal heirs of the Original Complainant, who was Respondent No.2 in Criminal Revision Application No. 4 of 2002. The said Respondent has expired on 19th February, 2006. The copy of the death certificate has been annexed to this application. The parties have indicated that there is an amicable settlement between both the parties. The learned Advocate for the Revision Applicant has no objection for allowing the present application. Hence, I pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No. 495 of 2017 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) by permitting the legal heirs mentioned in paragraph 6 of this application to be brought on record in Criminal Revision Application No. 4 of 2002.

(ii) The Revision Applicant is directed to add the legal heirs as Respondents in Criminal Revision Application No. 4 of 2002 forthwith.
