By this civil application, the applicant seeks restoration of the Misc.Civil Application No.186 of 2014 which was dismissed for default by an order dated 21st September 2015. No affidavit-in-reply is filed.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Misc.Civil Application No.186 of 2014 is restored to file. The order dated 21st September 2015 is recalled. The applicant shall not seek any unnecessary adjournments whenever the matter is called out. Civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. 3.

Place the Misc. Civil Application No.186 of 2014 on board for 'Admission' on 10th December 2015. Ad-interim order granted on 10th October 2014 is restored and to continue during the pendency of the misc. civil application.
