This application is for bringing legal heirs of deceased Respondent Nos.2 on record. There is a delay of 23 days in taking out the present application. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. The application is disposed of accordingly.
