The grievance of the Petitioner is that though several applications have been filed by the Petitioner - Bank under section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act and are pending with Respondent No.2, these applications have not been decided so far.

This being the only grievance of the Petitioner, we direct

2/2 NMWL/722/2014 Respondent No.2 to expeditiously decide the pending applications of the Petitioner which are mentioned in para 5 of the Petition and which are filed under section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months. With this direction, Petition is disposed of.
