Heard Ms.Sangeeta Salvi, learned Counsel for the Respondent and learned APP Mrs.M.M. Deshmukh for the State. 2.

PI P.B. Tawde, Charkop Police Station, is present in the Court and through APP files certain document in the about the steps taken to locate whereabouts of Aradhya, born to Ms.Kajal Sharma. It is ascertained on behalf of the Petitioner that although Petitioner had visited the house of Kajal and had met Nesarikar

2 / 2 02-WP-3982-18.odt his son Aradhya in the month of July, thereafter the whereabouts of the said child Aradhya are not known, hence the present Writ Petition for habeas corpus.

Learned APP Mrs.Deshmukh files certain documents in the Court today indicating that Kajal, daughter of Mr.Purilal Sharma, was residing at Asha Sadan, of Maharashtra State Women's Council, located at Dongri, Mumbai. PI Mr.Tawde, Police Officer, who is present in the Court submits from instructions received from Asha Sadan that Kajal as well as her son Aradhya are presently residing with her parents namely Mr. and Mrs.Purilal Sharma, at R.No.2, Jai Ambe Rahivasi Sangh, Bandarpakhadi, Charkop, Kandivali (W), Mumbai-67. 4.

In view of the fact that the locations of both, Kajal as well as Aradhya has been provided by the Police, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedy as may be advised in law. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.) (INDRAJIT MAHANTY, J.)
