Heard. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of subsequent development, the petition become infructuous. He submits that the decree has already been executed and possession is taken by the respondent. Hence, he received instructions to withdraw the petition. To that effect, he made an endorsement on a farad. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
