Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Counsel for respondent No. 1 in all petitions and learned AGP for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in all petitions.

Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith with the consent of the parties.

The issue raised in the present petition is in respect of the maintainability of the petition before Truibunal as to whether the respondent No. 1 in respective petitions were otherwise terminated by the Management. The issue is pending before the Tribunal for the purpose of adjudication. In view of this, learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the Tribunal be directed to decide the said issue of maintainability within 4 weeks. Accordingly, directions are issued to the School Tribunal to decide the issue of maintainability on or before 12/10/2018. The issue of maintainability be decided peremptorily before deciding any other issue. The Tribunal shall not grant unwarranted adjournment to the petitioner or the respondents. The Rule is made absolute in the above terms. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
