Counsel for the applicant has placed on record Consent Terms tendered in Bail Application No.1053 of 2021 at the behest of accused No.1 and the complainant.

It is claimed that an amount mentioned in the FIR is settled at Rs.4,50,000/- and the said amount is already paid to the complainant.

In that view of the matter, the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the applicant on instructions is taken on record as an undertaking to this Court.
