Learned advocate for Appellant has placed on record affidavit, thereby stating that parties had arrived at settlement and Consent Terms are already filed before the Family Court. Affidavit is taken on record. The copy of the Consent terms is attached to the affidavit. The affidavit states that all the conditions of the Consent Terms are complied with. In view of the Consent Terms, Appellant seeks leave to withdraw this Family Court Appeal. Appellant is allowed to withdraw the Appeal accordingly and following order is passed:

ORDER

i) Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.

ii) On production of copy of registered Release Deed as stated in paragraph 11 of the Consent Terms, Decree holder is entitled to withdraw the alimony deposited in the Court, as stated in the Consent Terms. Parties as well as Family Court to act on the authenticated coy of this order.
