Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned Counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that in the present Civil Application, applicant is seeking stay of implementation of the order dated 31.8.2016 issuing a certificate under section 11(3) of the Maharashtra Ownership Flat (Regulation of Promotion of Construction and Sale, Management and Transfer) Act, 1963. He submits that subsequently, the deemed conveyance was registered on 31.1.2016. He submits that in view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in Mohite 1/2

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that they have already amended the petition and challenged the deemed conveyance dated 31.1.2016.

In view of subsequent development, nothing survives in the present petition.
