1) Perusal of affidavit of Superintendent of Amravati Central Prison indicates that, Petitioner as of today has undergone more than 15 JYOTI RAJESH MANE years of incarceration. In view thereof Petitioner is entitled for the decision of his case as contemplated under Section 432 of Criminal by JYOTI RAJESH MANE Date: 2024.03.05 14:35:11 +0530 Procedure Code, after applying 14 years imprisonment Rule. 2) As the Petitioner is aged about 67 years, we direct the concerned Competent Authority of State Government to decide the case of Petitioner expeditiously.
