The grievance of the petitioner is that his application dated 18/5/2018 filed under section 631A of the MT & AL Act is pending before respondent no. 2. A prayer has been made to dispose of this petition by directing the Collector, Pune to consider and take appropriate decision on it as expeditiously as possible. According to petitioner, it he is a senior citizen and as such his application requires early disposal.
