The petitioner raises objection to the order passed by the Tahsildar and Designated Officer.. It is admitted position that the petitioner is not the objector. The petitioner wishes to contest the election. The objection is that the Circle Inspector wrongly transferred 28 voters from one ward to another ward.

Learned counsel appearing for the State Election Commission has placed on record for our perusal the notings, based on which the impugned order was passed. It is submitted, on the instructions taken from the officers present in court, that the video recording has been done before

Election programme is already declared. The nomination starts from 13/2/2015.

In the light of the constitutional provision of Article 243-O of the Constitution of India, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. Petition is dismissed.
