After hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial arising out of Sessions Case No. 46/2017 (C.R. No. I-85 of 2016) registered with Killa Police Station, Malegaon District Nashik does not commence within a period of nine months from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
