Heard. This Application is filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Respondent in the Tribunal pursuant to the order passed by this court on 05/05/2011 in Civil Application No.1345/2011.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is facing financial difficulty. Hence, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicant to withdraw the amount deposited by the Respondent original Appellant. He submits that the Applicant is ready and willing to provide solvent security to the satisfaction of the Tribunal.

On the other hand, the learned counsel for the Respondent original Appellant submits that if the Applicant is providing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Tribunal, they have no objection for allowing the Civil Application. Hence, the following order:
a) The Applicant original claimant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the Union of India along with accrued interest by furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Tribunal, within 12 weeks from today.
b) Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.
