The petitioner has been arrested in the present offence and presently he is in Taloja Central Prison since 01/07/2021. Chargesheet has been filed on 01/09/2021 and the charge has been framed on 09/05/2022. The petitioner by preferring this application, has urged for expediting the hearing of case. 3.

Since charge has been framed and thereby trial has commenced, the Trial Court is expected to conclude the trial within time-frame of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
