Petitioners claim to be appointed as Assistant Teachers by the Nashik Municipal Corporation. The grievance relates to pay fixation in the revised pay-scale pursuant to the recommendations of the 6th Pay Commission.

In the absence of averments linking replacement payscale to the existing pay-scale, it would not be possible for this court to decide the issue on merits.

We grant petitioners leave to withdraw the writ petition with right reserved to file a writ petition on the same case of action but after making proper averments showing a cause of action emerging in the petition.
