Perusal of Petition indicates that, the Petitioner intends to put forth his defence in a trial where he is an Accused and wants this Court to look into the same. The contention of Petitioner that, he has been falsely implicated in a crime, can be put forth by him before the Trial Court at the time of hearing of the said case.
